When creating an account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and complete purchases. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is used fraudulently.

We strive to display products with accurate descriptions and images; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; this does not affect previously confirmed orders. In case of a pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the order is final only after our confirmation. We accept cash on delivery, bank cards (Visa), Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. For electronic payments, transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We may refuse or cancel any order due to product availability or suspected fraud.

Delivery takes 1-3 business days within Cairo and Giza, and 3-7 business days for other governorates. Shipping is free for orders above 500 EGP. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, and inspect the product upon receipt before signing the delivery receipt.

You may request a return or exchange within the period specified in the Return & Exchange Policy, provided the product is in its original, unused condition. Refunds are issued using the same payment method within 5 to 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. For more details, please see the Return & Exchange Policy page.

The website and its services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website. All content on the website is owned by the Mall and protected by intellectual property rights. Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the value of the products purchased in that order.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may amend these terms at any time; the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
